Solicitation Review
We read the RFP cover to cover — scope, requirements, deadlines, forms, evaluation criteria — and tell you exactly what you're dealing with before you commit to bidding.
Government Contracting Support for Small Businesses
Salient Group Limited Liability Company helps small businesses respond to government RFPs and win public-sector contracts — without pulling you away from the work you do best. From solicitation review to final submission, we handle the proposal so you don't have to.
Services
Most small businesses lose bids not because they can't do the work — but because the proposal was incomplete, non-compliant, or submitted incorrectly. We fix that.
We read the RFP cover to cover — scope, requirements, deadlines, forms, evaluation criteria — and tell you exactly what you're dealing with before you commit to bidding.
We build a checklist that maps every requirement to a specific response item. Nothing gets missed — not a form, not a certificate, not a file naming rule.
We write the narrative — executive summary, technical approach, experience, staffing plan, quality control, past performance — in language that evaluators respond to.
We organize everything you need to submit — licenses, insurance certificates, resumes, references, forms, subcontractor letters, and pricing files.
Before you submit, we check formatting, page limits, attachments, signatures, file naming, and portal requirements. No surprises at the deadline.
We support clarification requests, oral presentations, debrief reviews, and lessons learned — so every bid makes the next one stronger.

Our Background
Salient Group Limited Liability Company was built on hands-on work with small contractors — helping businesses in Austin, Texas navigate bonding requirements and technical assistance programs to become contract-ready.
That experience means we understand what it takes for a small business to qualify, compete, and win — not just how to format a document. We know the full lifecycle from registration to award.
We bring that same practical approach to every engagement: no jargon, no unnecessary complexity, just a clear path from RFP to submission.
Process
We read the solicitation in full and flag every requirement, deadline, and potential issue before you commit to bidding.
We help you make a clear bid/no-bid decision based on fit, capacity, timeline, and competitive position.
We create the compliance matrix, write the proposal, coordinate documents, and manage the production schedule.
We package the final response, verify every submission requirement, and get it in on time.
